ORDER DELIVERIES 

All orders are subject to 3 working days processing time before despatch. The delivery option that you choose reflects the time in transit NOT the processing time to prepare your order.                                                  

If you select the Royal Mail Postal Service for your order, the transit times are set by Royal Mail UK
and are a guideline only and are NOT guaranteed. We always obtain proof of postage, but if you require insurance as an extra service please email us prior to ordering.

If you select the UK 24hr Next Day Courier Service the transit time is 24 hours up to 6pm the
following day after despatch. Transit times are not guaranteed by the courier.

If you select the International Fedex Courier Service, transit times are set by Fedex, usually 1-3 working days exclusive of Customs clearance or any delays outwith normal control, once outside of British Airspace. 
The delivery option reflects the time in transit NOT the processing time to prepare your order. Fedex International includes insurance but NOT inbound customs charges which may be applicable and are the responsibiloity of the purchaser.

If you select the wrong shipping method for your country, the order will not be processed until the correct shipping method has been authorised and paid for.

We must receive your order by Noon on the date of order. All orders received after 12pm will be processed as being received on the next business working day. The business working days are from Monday to Friday only. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the next available Monday. 

Please note: Delivery & Processing times are approximate guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
We aim to despatch within the stated times but at busy times deliveries will be slower. If your order is urgent please telephone us to see if your order can be expedited. All SG orders are bottled, picked & processed by hand and we apreciate your patience.                                                                                                                                                       

PRODUCT RETURNS

If any part of your order arrives in a broken, damaged or faulty condition, then please inform us immediately, and definately within 7 calendar days. We cannot guarantee assistance if you do not report a damaged item within 7 days, due to insurance & courier conditions.

If you think any of your SG products are faulty, then please telephone or email us as soon as possible. 99% of problems can usually be helped with technical/creative advice, and it is our goal to help you put your products to great use. If any product is found to have a physical/technical fault, then we will offer you a full relacement & refund warranty. This does not affect your statuatory rights

If your order arrives in perfect condition, but it is not what you expected, or you have ordered the wrong items, or for some reason you have changed your mind...   then you may return it to us within 14 calendar days provided that :

  1. the items are returned in their original, unused and unopened packaging
  2. the items are sufficiently re-packaged to arrive safely back with us
  3. the items are in mint condition and 100% suitable for resale
  4. you must bear the cost of the return postage
  5. you accept liability for the safe arrival of the parcel - it is recommended that you send the parcel by recorded or registered post.
  6. Remember to include your name, address, telephone #, email address, and invoice/order number inside the returned parcel.
  7. Include a short note stating why you are returning the item, and whether you would like a refund, a credit voucher, or an alternative product.
  8. We will endeavour to help you to the best of our ability, but we reserve the right to choose the method of recompense, if any. We are not obliged to accept any discretionary product returns.
