All orders are subject to 3 working days processing time before despatch. The delivery option that you choose reflects the time in transit NOT the processing time to prepare your order.
If you select the Royal Mail Postal Service for your order, the transit times are set by Royal Mail UK
If you select the UK 24hr Next Day Courier Service the transit time is 24 hours up to 6pm the
If you select the International Fedex Courier Service, transit times are set by Fedex, usually 1-3 working days exclusive of Customs clearance or any delays outwith normal control, once outside of British Airspace.
If you select the wrong shipping method for your country, the order will not be processed until the correct shipping method has been authorised and paid for.
We must receive your order by Noon on the date of order. All orders received after 12pm will be processed as being received on the next business working day. The business working days are from Monday to Friday only. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the next available Monday.

If any part of your order arrives in a broken, damaged or faulty condition, then please inform us immediately, and definately within 7 calendar days. We cannot guarantee assistance if you do not report a damaged item within 7 days, due to insurance & courier conditions.
