Becca Balazs - Our VALENTINES artist of the month
Squeeze directly from the applicator nozzle or apply to stamps directly onto paper, card or textiles. Leave to dry naturally, and then heat from above with a crafting heat tool, until the Filigree fluid raises up to form a patterened raised texture. You can heat while still wet for a more exaggerated puff texture. Paint the puff pattern once cooled, with any of the SG paints. Filigree Fluid is more stable on textiles, less resistant ot pick-off, and slower drying than other commercially available expanding pastes. See the PROJECTS pages for Rebecca's amazing FAUX CLOISONNE technique.
