After the paperback copy of the book sold out over a year ago we have been inundated with requests to reprint - sorry this is just not feasible due to Rebecca wanting to make a new new new book....however, as demand is still strong we have released a pdf-view version so that you can have all the info at your fingertips on screen, or upload to your mobile device......

I have to say, the photos look even better when magnified with the zoom tool than they even did in the printed version......
